Position Description
Practice Law on Your Terms — With Titans Law
Titans Law is seeking an experienced attorney with a background in Florida Bar grievance matters and professional responsibility counseling.
This role is designed for a lawyer who understands the seriousness of Bar complaints, trust account investigations, disciplinary proceedings, and ethics advisory matters — and who can guide attorneys through high-stakes professional exposure with discretion and strategy.
About the Role
You will represent attorneys and law firms in:

Florida Bar grievance responses
-
Investigative proceedings and probable cause matters
-
Trust accounting audits and compliance reviews
-
Disciplinary proceedings (including referee matters)
-
Petitions for reinstatement
-
Ethics counseling and risk-prevention strategy
Responsibilities include:

Drafting comprehensive grievance responses

Developing mitigation strategies
-
Preparing attorneys for sworn statements and hearings
-
Negotiating consent judgments where appropriate

Advising firms on proactive compliance and ethics risk management
We are seeking someone who can manage sensitive Bar matters independently and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

Licensed attorney in good standing with The Florida Bar

Demonstrated experience in Florida Bar grievance matters

Familiarity with trust accounting compliance requirements

Experience handling disciplinary proceedings or referee hearings preferred

Strong legal writing and mitigation strategy skills
