Titans Law is seeking an experienced Corporate Litigation Attorney with a background in business valuation disputes, shareholder litigation, and valuation fraud matters.
This role is ideal for a strategic litigator who understands complex financial evidence, forensic accounting issues, and high-stakes commercial disputes involving misrepresentation of company value, asset inflation, earnings manipulation, or fraudulent financial reporting.
About the Role
You will represent clients in sophisticated commercial disputes involving:

Business valuation litigation

Shareholder and partnership disputes

Buy-sell agreement conflicts

Fraudulent financial reporting claims

Valuation misrepresentation and securities-related disputes

Forensic accounting and expert-driven litigation
Responsibilities include:

Drafting and arguing dispositive motions

Managing complex discovery and financial document analysis

Working closely with valuation experts and forensic accountants

Conducting depositions of financial officers and expert witnesses

Preparing cases for arbitration or trial

Negotiating high-value settlements where appropriate

Qualifications

Licensed attorney in good standing

Experience in complex commercial litigation
